About the Job
Roles & Responsibilities:
 
This is a full-time position will be responsible in providing support to the team leaders and upper management.
 
General responsibilities
  • Ensure 5S is maintained in the respective work area (Debinding, Sintering & Heat treatment)
  • 5S check list should be filled at the start of every shift
  • All parts must be clearly identified with the respective sintering cycle number/heat treatment cycle number
  • Unidentified parts/fallen parts must be properly disposed in the FOD bin
  • Move parts which are cleared by Quality from one process to the next as per the route card
Sintering
  • Load sintering fixture as per the plan
  • Ensure the parts loaded on the fixture can be combined in one cycle as per the recipe list available near each sintering furnace
  • Ensure parts are being staged on the sintering fixture are as per staging instruction
  • If no plan is available, take initiative to check with the team lead about the next plan
  • Load the sintering fixture in the sintering furnace as per plan and start the cycle
  • Ensure proper recipe is selected for the sintering cycle
  • Prepare run sheets by ensuring correct quantities are being transferred and all the check points are verified
  • Display run sheets on the sintering furnace
  • Print the route cards from doc-pro for each part loaded on the sintering fixture
  • Sinter ID, date,  quantity, process start date & shift, process end date & shift should be filled on the route card
  • Unloading of fixture after completion of cycle
  • Unloading of parts from the fixture into bins and label each bin with part number, cycle number and quantity.
  • Filing the run sheets in the filing cabinets after unloading the parts
  • Moving the ceramics to the ceramic storage area to their respective locations
  • Clean Sintering fixture using vacuum cleaner after unloading every cycle
Heat Treatment
  • Load heat treatment fixture as per the plan
  • Ensure the parts loaded on the fixture can be combined in one cycle as per the recipe list available near the heat treatment planning board
  • Ensure parts are being staged on the heat treatment basket as per staging instruction
  • If no plan is available, take initiative to check with the team lead about the next plan
  • Load recipes on the heat treatment computer as per the plan
  • Prepare run sheets by ensuring correct quantities are being transferred and all the check points are verified
  • File the old route card which has the information about the previous process carried and QC stamp in the filing cabinets
Ceramic cleaning and Magazine preparation
  • Clean ceramics and prepare magazines for molding
